Requirements :

– Property Presentation: Present and showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points. Deliver persuasive and compelling presentations that capture the buyers’ interest.

Requirements :
– High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
– Proven experience in telecalling or telesales roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
– Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural flair for engaging and building rapport with potential customers.
– Proficiency in using telecalling systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and track leads.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude.
